Community Trust Bank Announces Brandee R. Johnson Vice President, Manager of Training & Development

PIKEVILLE, KENTUCKY: Mark A. Gooch, Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Brandee R. Johnson holds the position of Vice President, Manager of Training and Development at Community Trust Bank, Inc.

Ms. Johnson’s duties as the Manager of Training and Development include leading training and development strategies that strengthen leadership, enhance performance, and support the organization’s growth. She will collaborate with employees across the organization to design and deliver consistent, high impact development experiences that support the people and reinforce the culture of Community Trust.

Brandee brings more than 15 years of experience leading learning, talent, and organizational effectiveness strategies across national and global organizations. Her work includes designing development programs, leading enterprise capability initiatives, and partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities.

Ms. Johnson holds a master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky and a bachelor's degree from Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. She is also a certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, bringing deep expertise in competency modeling, leadership development, and performance alignment. She is a member of the Association of Talent Development, Kentucky Great Dane Rescue, and the Madison County Animal League for Life.
