COMMUNITY TRUST BANK ANNOUNCES ANITA B. JUSTICE PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

PIKEVILLE, KENTUCKY: Mark A. Gooch, Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Anita B. Justice has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President / Special Assets Officer at Community Trust Bank, Inc.

 

As Special Assets Officer, Ms. Justice works with problem loans, Other Real Estate Owned (OREO), delinquent loans and losses reporting, is the commercial lenders incentives administrator, initiates loan reporting, and updates lending policies and procedures as needed. Her office is located at the Community Trust Bank Main Office in Pikeville, Kentucky.

 

Ms. Justice has worked at Community Trust Bank for more than 49 years. During this time, she has acquired an extensive background of managing various lending functions: Credit Administration Support, Loan Reporting, Financial Statement Tracking, Quality Control, Central File and Imaging, Floorplan, Credit Analysis, Loan Review, Commercial Loan Administration, and Commercial Loan Documentation. While at Community Trust she has been directly involved in the setup and conversion to three different computer systems and has served as a team leader on four separate conversions.

 

Ms. Justice graduated with honors from Feds Creek High School in Feds Creek, Kentucky, with a Business Certification. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Business Education and Office Administration, from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky. She earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky.

 

Ms. Justice is a lifetime member and Certified Leader of Financial Women International (FWI) and has served as the State Council President, on the Board of Trustees / Past Presidents Advisory Committee, and in various state and local group positions from 1982 through 2009. She was a founding member of the Women at the Top Network. She is an associate member of the Risk Management Association (RMA). She served as a Pike County Chamber of Commerce board member from1984-1987.

 

Ms. Justice is a Board Member, Vice President, Treasurer, and managing director of Upper Levisa Health Clinic, Inc., a non-profit corporation, since 1981. She served as the Patron Funds Treasurer for the Pike County School of Performing Arts from 1994-2007. She was a PTA member from 1988-2006. Ms. Justice is a member of the Church of Christ and serves the Phyllis Church of Christ in Phyllis, Kentucky, as the Treasurer and the pianist. She resides in Phyllis, Kentucky, with her husband, Stevie, and is the mother of two sons: Roderick Justice and Donovan Justice.
