PIKEVILLE, KY (October 16, 2023) – The Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce recently hosted the opening retreat for the Patton Leadership Institute (PLI), Class of 2024 on October 5-6, 2023. The retreat was held at Breaks Interstate Park with Chamber President & CEO, Jordan Gibson and Culture Docs Chief Engagement Officer, Jeff Peden as facilitators. The retreat featured workshops that taught participants about effective communication, regional history, and an overview of the Breaks Interstate Park.
