Southeast Kentucky Chamber Holds Ribbon Cutting For Amazon Hub Delivery

PIKEVILLE, KY (June 25, 2024)—The Southeast Kentucky Chamber held a ribbon cutting for new member, Amazon Hub Delivery, at the Garfield House in Downtown Pikeville on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

The ribbon cutting was attended by members of the community, representatives from the City of Pikeville, and local business leaders who have recently partnered with Amazon Hub Delivery, such as Moonlight Boutique. Members of the media were also present.

Amazon Hub Delivery joined the Chamber in hopes of partnering with local businesses to become Amazon Hub Partners to deliver packages to the community.  This will help bring Amazon’s “Same-Day Delivery” to the region.

20 to 50 packages will be delivered to the business every day, and the business and staff will deliver those packages to customers in the community. Deliveries will be made near their business, so during downtime or with their existing deliveries, the partnering businesses will be able to earn some extra income.
As an incentive, Amazon Hub is offering $500 as a referral bonus if you know of a business in the area that would like to become a partner.

To learn more about how your business can partner with Amazon Hub, please contact Russell Reed at qreedrus@amazon.com or text 606.454.3333.
