Gibson named treasurer of Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives board

Frankfort, KY (September 23, 2019) – Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives (KCCE) recently announced its board of directors for the 2019-2020 year, among those announced was Jordan Gibson, Southeast Kentucky Chamber president and CEO. Gibson will be fulfilling the role of treasurer for the board.

Gibson has served on the KCCE Board of Directors for two years.

“Being a part of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives is an honor that I don’t take lightly,” said Gibson. “This group, made up of my Chamber peers from across the state, has a real opportunity to make Kentucky a better place to live and work, which is something we strive to do through this board. Being able to represent the business community in our region amongst other local leaders is important to me and to the Southeast Kentucky Chamber.”

The members of the 2019-2020 KCCE Board of Directors include: Andrea Miller (board president), Lincoln County Chamber; Sandra Wilson (president-elect), Paducah Area Chamber; Virginia Davis (secretary), Hart County Chamber; Jordan Gibson (treasurer), Southeast Kentucky Chamber; Deanna Herrmann (immediate past president), London – Laurel County Chamber; Cindy Banks, Winchester, Clark County Chamber; Betsy Clemons, Hazard, Perry County Chamber; Jill Cutler, Mercer County Chamber; Carla Wright, Greater Louisville Inc.; Lynda Bebrowsky, Commerce Lexington; Samantha Brady, Bardstown – Nelson County Chamber; Tomi Clifford, Cynthiana – Harrison County Chamber; Kelli Pendleton, Christian County Chamber; Ellen Redding, Henderson County Chamber; and Christie Rogers, Northern Kentucky Chamber.

The newest members are nominated by the membership and approved at the annual meeting that was held during the KCCE Annual Conference in September. KCCE board members serve a three-year term.

KCCE is dedicated to the professional development and grassroots advocacy of local chambers across the state. It is a membership driven organization with its headquarters located in the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in Frankfort.
