A dynamic leader and dedicated professional, Ariel Howell earned her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in October 2023. Since joining Frontier Medical Associates in 2014, when the company was a single-location practice with a small team, Ariel has been instrumental in its growth and transformation. Her strategic insight and leadership have helped expand the organization into a thriving network of multiple locations across eastern Kentucky, now employing over 200 team members.

Ariel is driven by a profound commitment to her community and family. She is the proud mother of Lyric, a talented 10-year-old multisport athlete. Balancing her roles as a devoted parent, accomplished professional, and active community member, Ariel dedicates her life to empowering those around her and creating lasting impact in eastern Kentucky.
