Prestonsburg, KY (April 11, 2012) Big Sandy Community and Technical College will host a Transfer Fair Tuesday April 24th on the Prestonsburg Campus, Student Center Building Atrium, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The Transfer Fairs, sponsored by the Kentucky Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers (KACRAO), offer KCTCS students first-hand information from representatives of four-year colleges and universities about how to transfer to these institutions to pursue a baccalaureate degree. Representatives from these institutions will share:

? How academic credits transfer from a KCTCS college to a four-year institution
? How and where to apply for financial aid
? The majors offered at their four-year institution
? What campus life is like at their institution
