Yet\, this region also contains immense potential for a promising new future ? exceptional talent\, vast natural resources\, and burgeoning innovation.\n\n	What: The summit will be a first step in building cooperative action\, aligning new investments\, and creating the groundwork for greater regional growth and prosperity. It will lay the foundation for development of a new vision and action plan for southern and eastern Kentucky.\n\n	How: Together! Collaboration on new policies\, programs and investments will be essential. The SOAR summit will be highly interactive and give all participants a chance to have their voices heard.
