\n The City of Pikeville and the Pikeville City Commission are proud to announce the groundbreaking of the new retail development Pikeville Commons at 11:00 a.m. on Monday\, September 23rd\, 2013 at the project site area next to Texas Roadhouse at 121 Justice Way on Thompson'\;s Road. \;

\n The unveiling of a number of the future retail stores to be located at Pikeville Commons will also take place during the groundbreaking on Monday\, September 23rd. The new retail\, restaurant and tenant development will bring jobs\, housing and an improved quality of life to Pikeville. \;

\n The public is invited to attend and celebrate the groundbreaking along with Mayor Frank Justice\, Pikeville City Commissioners: Jimmy Carter\, Barry Chaney\, Gene Davis and Jerry Keith Coleman\; Donovan Blackburn\, City Manager and Neil Wilson\, Principal- RealtyLink. \;
